• Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled via Apple settings.
• Users can cancel anytime through App Store → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are governed exclusively by Apple’s refund policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including graphics, audio, animations, design, and software code, is the intellectual property of Spire Infotech and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed.

4. Limitation of Liability

Spire Infotech is not responsible for technical issues, device compatibility problems, data loss, or misuse of the application.

5. Application Updates

Spire Infotech reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
